The building’s lobby has a large “license plate” sign with the building’s address. There is a three-story atrium and a skylit lounge with a fireplace and its courtyard garden has fountains.
Apartments have Grigio Sardo granite counter tops with glass mosaic backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, Danze fixtures, cayenne maple cabinetry, honed Stargate Nero floors and Fusion hand-blown pendant lighting. Bathrooms have rainfall showers, espresso wood vanities, marble, granite and porcelain tile. One bedrooms and larger units have washer and dryers. All units feature have wall safes.
